Beautiful hotel, comfortable and high end room!!
Beautiful hotel! Bathroom was awesome. Beds very comfortable and the location was great too! The best part about our stay was the staff. In particular Cecil. She was the bar tender. One night we came back to the hotel late, (had spent the evening in the Miniature museum) and had no dinner. Cecil managed to get something to eat for us despite the fact that the restaurant was closed and the bar almost closed. She saved our night! Thanks Cecil!
The cover for the king bed should be wider. My husband and I had trouble to cover ourselves at the same time. It was not wide enough.

Modern styling, quiet rooms, very good sound system in the rooms
AC adjustment is old style, front desk reception cold and unfriendly during check-in, breakfast area in part of the lobby is very noisy

Wonderful
Everything was great. The restaurant serves great food. The dinner and room service were of real high quality. The staff is very nice and friendly. Although they did look overwhelmed when there are too many people at the lobby. The room was squeaky clean.
Minor quibble, we only had breakfast once during our stay and we felt it was overpriced.

Great location, great service, fantastic food, excellent spacious rooms.
Great buffet breakfast, fantastic hotel staff, excellent rooms and the best location for restaurants and tourist attractions and transportation.
